Nocatee’s Coastal Oaks community celebrated the opening of three new model homes in the gated community.
From coastal and craftsman to country manor, the designer-decorated homes offered a variety of architectural styles and appointments from which to choose.
Prospective homeowners visiting Coastal Oaks Oct. 15 also had an opportunity to witness the community’s fall festival.
