The Palms at Ponte Vedra assisted living and memory care community hosted its second annual Thanksgiving luncheon for the residents and their families Nov. 17.
Approximately 150 people attended this year’s event for a traditional Thanksgiving meal consisting of turkey, potatoes, stuffing, pie and more. Attendees also enjoyed music played by pianist and guitarist George Brackens.
“It’s a time to come together and be thankful,” said Barbara Matteson, executive director of The Palms at Ponte Vedra. “It’s also a time to thank the families for trusting us with their loved ones.”
