GreenPointe Communities recently announced that ground has broken on the amenity complex at GreyHawk, a new master-planned community located near Branan Field Wildlife Area in northeast Clay County.

“We are pleased to commence construction at GreyHawk and bring this area an exciting new neighborhood that will offer a variety of on-site amenities and a community-oriented lifestyle that’s minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment,” GreenPointe Communities North Florida Regional President and Ponte Vedra Beach resident Mike Taylor said. “Construction is also underway on new model homes. Our community homebuilder team is offering a variety of distinctive home designs ranging in size and style to meet the needs and lifestyle of today’s modern family.”

GreyHawk is presenting new homes nestled around an amenity-rich community center overlooking lakes that are surrounded by towering evergreens. GreyHawk’s interconnected walkways make it easy for residents to connect with their neighbors, burn off energy with a morning jog, bike ride or simply take an evening stroll after dinner.

GreyHawk’s lakeside amenity center, The Overlook features a lagoon-entry pool with a nearby firepit; a fitness studio offering state-of-the-art training equipment, cardio machines and free weights; an open-air pavilion and bar called The Roost; a children’s playground; tennis and basketball courts and an open playfield for a game of catch or pick-up soccer. GreyHawk families and their canine companions will also enjoy the Central Bark, a fully enclosed, dog-friendly facility for exercise and meet-and-greet time.

GreyHawk is close to and currently zoned for top-rated schools in the Clay County School District including a new elementary school, Discovery Oaks Elementary, Wilkinson Junior High School and OakLeaf High School.

The GreyHawk builder team, which includes D.R. Horton, Lennar and Richmond American Homes, are offering one- and two-story homes and dozens of designs and home plans from which to choose. Homes at GreyHawk will range in size from approximately 1,600 square feet to more than 3,100 square feet and will be priced from the $200s to the $400s. Many of the neighborhood’s home sites will feature preserve or lake views. Builder model homes are planned for opening in spring 2019.
