Caring Chefs

Posted

First Coast foodies flocked to the 35th annual Caring Chefs event on Nov. 4 at The Avenues Mall to help raise money for Children’s Home Society (CHS) of Florida.

Event attendees had the opportunity to sample new foods, fine wines and craft beer from approximately 50 chefs hailing from First Coast favorites such as Mojo Kitchen, Roy’s Restaurant, Moxie Kitchen + Cocktails, Taverna and Sweet By Holly, among several others.

All proceeds benefited CHS of Florida, which is the oldest and largest statewide organization devoted to helping children and families. CHS of Florida serves more than 50,000 children and family members throughout the state each year. Also every year, the organization helps more than 10,000 children and family members in the Northeast Florida region.
