Landrum Middle School XC teams place second at event, win top individual medals

The Landrum Middle School Lions won first-place individual medals in the girls and boys division at the St. Johns Middle School Cross Country Championships held at Bartram Trail High School.

Both the Landrum boys and girls teams came in second in the event, which included 160 girl runners and more than 180 participants in the boys division. Fruit Cove Middle School finished first.

Tori Balser won the individual medal for the girls with a time of 12:36, and Reinhardt Harrison came in first place for the boys with a time of 10:29. Other top Landrum finishers for the girls were Ella Harrison (13:53) in 16th place and Amelia Coker (14:26) in 27th place. Other top finishers for the boys were Wyatt Rogers (11:24) in fourth place, and Quinn Remisiewicz (11:24:50) in fifth place.
