Synova Associates, a conference and consulting organization that caters to the education and advancement of nurse leaders, is hosting its 22nd annual Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) leadership forum April 22-26 at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach.
“We’re very excited about the upcoming NICU Leadership Forum, because our attendance has grown every year, meaning that we’re extending our reach to help more NICU nurse leaders learn new ways to address their complex environment,” said Chrissy Burke, partner at Synova Associates.
This year’s conference theme, “Leadership: Finding Joy in the Journey,” will focus on improving the work environment by fostering staff satisfaction and fulfillment. The evidence-based curriculum will offer a variety of tracks, guest speakers, presentations and peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
Synova Associates partners, NANN and Abbott Nutrition Health Institute offer need-based scholarships for nurse leaders otherwise not able to attend.
