The Bailey Group has earned the Gold Level Award for 2018’s Healthiest Companies presented by the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council (FCWWC) and the Mayor’s Council on Fitness & Well-Being.
Based in St. Augustine, The Bailey Group is a four-time Gold Level Award winner. To earn the Gold-Level Award, the company demonstrated that it had a well-rounded and sustainable workplace wellness program that is a strategic and integral part of its business.
The Bailey Group’s Well-Being & Engagement team made up of Jaime Kennedy, Hanna Chester, Bailey Mullin, Savannah Tinlin and Gabrielle Lobban accepted the award at a ceremony held in April at the University of North Florida. In addition, 17 of The Bailey Group’s clients took home awards recognizing them for their dedication to creating a culture of health and wellness within the organizations.
“This is our fourth year earning this award level and we are overly grateful for our leadership team’s continued support of wellness,” said Jaime Kennedy, director of well-being & engagement at The Bailey Group. “We continue to look for new ways to motivate staff in becoming the best version of themselves. We firmly believe that healthy team members make a healthy business.”
The FCWWC is an initiative of Healthy Jacksonville 2020. The mission of the council is to improve the health of the First Coast community by sharing resources and providing guidance to the member businesses. This group was charged with impacting community health through the business community and to create a platform for local businesses to be recognized for excellence in worksite wellness.
