TrailMark opens new Dream Finders show home

A new show home by Dream Finders Homes recently opened at the nature-first community of TrailMark.

Inspired by the community’s natural setting and unique charm, the new Mableton model is in harmony with TrailMark’s focus on outdoor living and active family living. The home’s modern farmhouse design features strong contrasting colors and striking trim details throughout the main living areas.

“We played off of the modern farmhouse vibe with the beautiful finishes offered by Dream Finders,” said interior designer Jennifer Hardy, founder and designer of Inhabit-Interiors. “But rather than the typical neutrals, we introduced a vibrant color palette flourishing in green with pops of orange, anchored by deeper greys and plenty of white to keep the open plan light and bright. This floor plan invites entertaining, but still has those fantastic, functional spaces that buyers crave, like the built-in office space just off of the kitchen, so they are never far from the heart of the home.”

The Mableton, a new plan to the Jacksonville area for Dream Finders Homes, is a four-bedroom, three-bath model home featuring more than 2,300 square feet of living space designed with family living in mind. With a guest suite and open concept living space downstairs, the home offers the perfect layout for both hosting guests and family time. The foyer opens into an expansive family room, kitchen and dining area, and the sizable kitchen island presents stylish detail and abundant options for entertaining. The first-floor bedroom is designed as a flex room with space for crafts, homework and a quiet space for reading, and the owner’s suite and master bath includes porcelain tile that resembles white marble, making it the perfect place to escape at the end of a long day.

“At TrailMark, we offer the home designs that today’s buyers want,” said Gaynelle James, marketing director for GreenPointe Communities. “Our community builders offer a wide variety of floor plans ranging in size and style to meet the needs and lifestyle of today’s homebuyer.”

TrailMark’s builder team also includes D.R. Horton, Lennar Homes, MasterCraft Builder Group and Providence Homes, and offers single-family, one-and two-story traditional neighborhood-style homes in a conservation area setting. The community has decorated model homes available to tour and several move-in-ready showcase homes under construction. Homes are priced from the $200,000s to the $500,000s.

Located at 805 TrailMark Drive in St. Augustine, TrailMark is situated within the St. Johns County School District and zoned for Nease High School, Pacetti Bay Middle School and Picolata Crossing Elementary School, which is adjacent to TrailMark. For more information, visit www.trailmarkliving.com.
