Jax Beach Golf Course hires new head golf pro

Tony Street of Canton, Ohio, has been hired as the new head golf professional at Jacksonville Beach Golf Course. Street has been a head golf professional in public, private and resort industries.

Street has more than 17 years of experience as a PGA head professional in the golf industry.

He and his wife, Kim, have two sons.

Before coming to Jax Beach Golf Course, Street was the GM/head golf professional at The Sanctuary Golf Club in North Canton, Ohio.

John Rutherford Named NAI Global Top Producer

NAI Global, a global commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced that John Rutherford, senior vice president of multifamily investment sales at NAI Hallmark, was recognized in its annual awards program as a top 10 producer for the organization globally.

The award honors individuals who are handling the highest volume of business within NAI. The awards and celebrations were presented at the NAI Global Convention that took place Feb. 6-9 in Las Vegas.

During his tenure in the industry, Rutherford has successfully brokered more than $1 billion in investment sales and financing transactions through a strong investor network of large private and institutional clients. Rutherford’s extensive commercial real estate experience includes operations, analytics and asset management in varying niche sectors of multifamily investment. This wide-ranging experience has afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with top industry minds to push innovation in the commercial real estate industry.

Tracy Barth joins real estate company

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has added Tracy Barth to the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office.

Barth came from another local brokerage with 21 years of experience. Her area of expertise is in negotiation, residential sales and foreclosures.

NAI Hallmark welcomes Eugene Stiltner as vice president

NAI Hallmark, a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville, has announced the appointment of Eugene Stiltner as vice president specializing in land leasing and sales, along with tenant representation.

Dottor named to VA post

The Department of Veterans Affairs has announced the appointment of Wende Dottor as the new executive director of the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System. Dottor will oversee delivery of health care to more than 138,000 Veterans and an operating budget of more than $1.8 billion at the nation’s largest VA health care system.  More than 5,800 employees provide services at 26 locations serving a 50-county region in northern Florida and southern Georgia.

Dottor was designated interim executive health system director of the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System effective Oct. 12, 2022. She served as the deputy executive director at from 2016 to 2022. Prior to her appointment as deputy executive director, she served as chief of performance improvement service, chief financial officer (CFO) and revenue coordinator.

Dottor earned a Bachelor of Arts with a major in economics from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and a Masters in Health Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
