Jim Hoener has joined the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty.

A Northeast Florida resident for nearly 50 years, Hoener has experienced firsthand the growth and development of Ponte Vedra for the past 37 years. During that time, he has developed many ties to the local community, including being a charter member and past president of the Rotary Club of Ponte Vedra Beach, past president of the Greater Jacksonville Area USO Council, past president of Sawgrass Country Club, and an elder at Palms Presbyterian Church.

In addition to being a retired naval officer and a small business owner, Hoener has 13 years of experience as a real estate investor and manager. His background will enable Hoener to help clients navigate the fast-paced Northeast Florida real estate market, guiding them through each step of the home buying and selling process.

“I am proud that Jim has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty as an agent,” said Kevin Waugaman, broker/manager of the Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office. “His experience in real estate, as well as his insider knowledge of the area and its neighborhoods, is sure to help his clients have smooth and successful real estate transactions. Finding not just a home, but a community, is important, and I am positive that Jim has the knowledge and ability to help his clients find not just their house, but their home.”
