St. Johns County Parks and Rec launches app

The St. Johns County Parks and Recreation Department has launched a new app, giving residents an intuitive platform for community engagement, education and exploration.

The SJC Parks and Rec app allows users to find parks and beaches (and even individual amenities like skate parks, dog parks, boat ramps, etc.) using intuitive interactive maps, register quickly and easily for programs and events, and listen to region-specific audio tours about county history.

These location-based audio tours can be downloaded by users ahead of visits to different parts of the county, allowing them to listen to the stories of our past and present while enjoying our parks and beaches well into the future.

The SJC Parks and Rec app is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
