TendedBar, an automated bar that dispenses mixed drinks at sports and entertainment events across the nation, debuted a special “Pink Drink” recently in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the NFL’s Crucial Catch initiative, which is aimed at fighting cancer.

The special beverage first appeared at EverBank Stadium on Sunday, Oct. 15, during the game between the defending AFC South Champion Jacksonville Jaguars and the Indianapolis Colts.

Jacksonville-based TendedBar has six vending locations at the stadium.

Also, through TendedBar’s TendedTips program, fans had an opportunity to donate a gratuity to the DONNA Foundation, which provides financial assistance and support to those living with breast cancer and funds groundbreaking breast cancer research.

On Sunday, 490 of the drinks were sold and $750 was raised in donations.

“Partnering with the DONNA Foundation is a natural fit for us at TendedBar,” said TendedBar CEO Justin Honeysuckle. “We are proud to call Jacksonville our home, and we’re committed to supporting the causes that hit close to home. Mayor Donna Deagan’s longstanding dedication to giving back to our community is truly inspiring, and we couldn’t be prouder to stand alongside her and support her incredible foundation.”

He called the money generated through tips “a testament to the generosity and spirit” of the community.

“Together, we’re making a real impact, one drink and one tip at a time,” he said. “Here’s to many more successful partnerships with the DONNA Foundation and a brighter future for our beloved city.”

The “Pink Drink” cocktail is comprised of Brackish Vodka, lemonade and cranberry.
