Before the official start of the tournament, THE PLAYERS invites the community to come out to TPC Sawgrass early to experience “Opening Weekend.”
There is no cost to attend, and parking is free in the general lot adjacent to C.R. 210. Fans will be able to get first pick on all the merchandise at the Fan Shop, take some swings at the 17th Hole Challenge — a replica of the par-3 Island Green — and enjoy local food trucks.
The Jacksonville Jaguars will also have their “Prowler” interactive vehicle onsite, and fans can enjoy a special meet-and-greet with THE ROAR of the Jaguars, as well as photo opportunities and giveaways.
The PGA TOUR Fan Shop is more than 37,000 square feet and features near endless merchandise for fans to choose from, including an exclusive 50th Anniversary line and collaborations with Barstool Sports, Malbon, Vineyard Vines, Peter Millar and more.
Opening Weekend will be held noon to 5 p.m. Friday, March 8; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 9; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, March 10.
