This June, Keller Williams Atlantic Partners, part of the largest real estate company in the world, moved to its new location in Ponte Vedra Beach. The new office is located at 13000 Sawgrass Village Circle Building 1, Suite 5, in the Village Professional Center. The Lisa Barton Team Ponte Vedra Beach expressed excitement about the new headquarters. The team made the transition along with other Keller Williams agents and support services, including Blue Ocean Title and Bank of England.
According to a media release, the team is delighted with the move to the new office, which has more space for agents and the administrative team. There are also several meeting spaces where agents can handle closings, entertain clients and work with vendors. The contemporary coastal style and natural light make this office inviting.
Having a presence in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach is essential for the team. This prime location allows more opportunities for connections and interaction with the Ponte Vedra Beach community. And the shops and restaurants of Sawgrass Village are just steps away.
