Restaurant offers Thanksgiving buffet

Vernon’s First Coast Kitchen & Bar at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach will offer a Thanksgiving buffet dinner from noon to 5 p.m. Nov. 23. Here’s a look at the menu.

Starters:

  • Chupe de Camarones, a Creamy Peruvian Shrimp Soup
  • Butternut Squash Bisque with Sherry
  • Grapes and Feta with Diced Pears, Mint, Frisee, and Honey Viniagrette
  • Grilled Root Vegetables with Romesco Sauce
  • Salad Bar with Autumn Lettuces, Spinach, Bacon, Cheddar, Parmesan, Bleu Cheese, Garbanzo, Almonds, Pepitas, and Chicken
  • Shellfish Display with Atlantic Shrimp, Crab Claws, Oysters, Mussels Salpicon, Octopus and Lobster Tiradito, Mini Poke Shots, Cocktail Sauce, and Lemons

Action Stations:

  • Citrus Brined Roasted Turkey with Jax Breads Stuffing and Turkey Gravy
  • Roasted Prime Rib with Beef au Jus, Gremolata, Roasted Garlic, and Green Beans
