Flagler Health+
Flagler Health+ locations, including Flagler Hospital, will remain open to serve the community. They will operate during regular business hours on Wednesday and Friday. Most locations and services will operate as usual on Thursday, with some modifications.

Catholic Schools
Catholic schools in the Diocese of St. Augustine will be closed Thursday with faculty and students returning to classes on Monday.

The Diocese of St. Augustine encompasses 17 counties of Northeast and North Central Florida. The diocese has 38 schools in the following counties of the diocese: Alachua, Clay, Columbia, Duval, Flagler, Nassau and St. Johns.
MOCA Jacksonville
MOCA Jacksonville, 333 N. Laura St., will be closed beginning Thursday due to the impending storm. The museum will also be closed on Friday for Veteran’s Day. It is anticipated that the museum will resume regular hours on Saturday for VyStar Free Saturdays at MOCA.
Reopening will depend on a post-storm evaluation of potential damage. For the safety of our visitors, staff and the artwork, MOCA will continue to evaluate conditions and open as soon as reasonably possible. All programs and events are cancelled until assessments can be completed after the storm has passed.
Clerk’s Office
The St. Johns County Clerk of Court and Comptroller offices will remain closed on Thursday due to predicted impacts from Tropical Storm Nicole. As previously scheduled, the offices will be closed Friday in observance of Veterans Day.
Court operations in St. Johns County are suspended Thursday and Friday. Go to circuit7.org for further information about court operations in the Seventh Judicial Circuit.

Government Offices
With the exception of emergency service employees responding to Tropical Storm Nicole, all offices and departments of the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will be closed through Thursday. Government offices are closed Friday in observance of Veterans Day. The same closures also apply to the government offices of the City of St. Augustine. The St. Augustine Municipal Marina is currently closed and will reopen once weather conditions allow. City of St. Augustine Beach government offices will close Thursday and Friday in observance of Veterans Day.
Public Library System
All St. Johns County libraries, bookmobiles and book drops will be closed Wednesday and Thursday. Libraries are closed Friday in observance of Veterans Day. Operational decisions beyond Friday will be determined based on weather conditions. Due dates will be extended and fines will not be incurred during the closure.
Parks And Beach Services
All St. Johns County Parks & Recreation parks and facilities will be closed Wednesday and Thursday until the duration of the weather event. This includes but is not limited to athletic playing fields, passive parks, boat ramps, playgrounds, fishing piers and the St. Johns County Golf Course. Beachfront parks and walkovers will also be closed during this time. Parks and facilities will reopen when safety inspections have been completed and weather conditions allow. Beach driving on all St. Johns County beaches is currently restricted.
Schools
St. Johns County Schools and district offices will close on Thursday and Friday in observance of Veterans Day.
Sunshine Bus Service
