The St. Johns County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller and the St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners will hold a reception and the signing of a proclamation at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, recognizing Israel Friendship Day.
The observance will be held in the rotunda of the St. Johns County Administration Building, 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine.
Formal presentation of the proclamation will be made at the 9 a.m. County Commission meeting.
